Re: From GRUB to LILO
liloconfig(8) can hang this task after lilo has been installed. It is
indeed absolutely necessary to run liloconfig after a first lilo installation.
However, you can build your own /etc/lilo.conf by hand. For some examples, see
/usr/share/doc/lilo and /usr/share/doc/lilo-doc
