If this is the only package that will be out of the "unstable" version of 
debian, go to
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/misc/setiathome.html
and just download the .deb and install with
dpkg -i setiathome-<version>.deb

If you want to mix you whole system with stable/testing/unstable packages, go 
and read
http://www.debian.org/doc/user-manuals#apt-howto
