Don't upgrade. ;) It looks like libvorbis0a was forced into testing. You have three options: wait until the audio tools filter into testing before upgrading[after about a week though I'd probably give up on this option, and this option will never work for freeamp/mplayer since they aren't in the archive], upgrade and then backport the unstable versions of the packages you lost, upgrade and install the unstable versions of the packages you lost.
