Unidentified subject!

A few time ago, I installed Debian Woody on my computer and now I have:

My problem is that I used all space available on my hard drive and that I have all in the linux partition (/ and /home).
I want to resize the linux partition (can we safely make that Debian resizes its own partition??) to create free space in order to host the /home partition. Then, the last step is to move the /home directory (which is in the same partition as /) into this newly created partition.
Need some help for this!!!!!!!!!!
