ksoftirqd_CPU0 - no card Netgear Wlan MA311

Hello
I have a problem with a netgear ma311 wlan card. The card runs out of the 
box but after five minutes or sometimes 30 minutes this appear:

And every shell show this:
eth1: Error - 110 writting Tx descpritor to BAP

after a reboot everything is ok... for some minutes.

Any idea?
