Linuxconf setup

I installed Linuxconf via dselect but cannot seems to get to allow access
from my other machine. The docs on their site indicate to try:

https://192.168.2.31:10000/

Or 

https://192.168.2.31:98/

Both give me this: Error - Access denied for 192.168.2.23

Has anyone delt with this?
