Looks like he's moved things around (??). This page, 
http://people.debian.org/~branden/packages/sid/APT, says to use:

# add this line to your /etc/apt/sources.list to use this repository
deb http://people.debian.org/~branden/packages/ sid/$(ARCH)/

# add this line to your /etc/apt/sources.list to use this source repository
deb-src http://people.debian.org/~branden/packages/ sid/source/
