5 * * * * /usr/bin/perl /home/users/c234/statistics.cgi
4 0 * * * /usr/bin/perl /home/users/c234/alert.cgi
8 0 * * * /usr/bin/perl /home/users/c234/bids.cgi

When i change the tasks to run more/less the task is still run after about
an hour,
only a couple of minutes sooner/later.
