no, the xeon is just like any other 32-bit intel processor,
it uses the same code as the pentium and 386. so it
would be disks-i386 (?)

there is a bf2.4 kernel that is 2.4.18, the default
kernel though I think is 2.2.20, the bf2.4 kernel is
available on CD 1, as well as on the distro sites
to make bootable floppies.
