RE: apt-get update overflow

 hi

you can limit it on the command line with something like

apt-get -o APT::Cache-Limit=16777216 update

(or whatever limit you want)

check http://lists.debian.org/deity/2003/deity-200301/msg00187.html for a
similar prob/workaround

Subject: apt-get update overflow

I've specified a few different targets in my sources.list. I now get an
error:

Error: Dynamic MMap overflow

During apt-get update. Is there a way to increase whatever buffer is
used?

Daniel
