BRILLIANT - thank you very much.  This was exactly the explanation of was 
looking for.  It would be really good if you submitted something like this 
for adding into the howto LDAP-Implementation.

Where can I get the schema for inetlocalmailrecipient (or 
inetLocalMailRecipient).  Its not in the standard slapd setup according to 
gq.
