I'm not into playing games, but from what I have heard, WineX's recent 
version, is able to play hundereds of games. Again I don't really know 
if these games that you mentioned are supported or not, but as they are 
popular games, I guess they are.

Using WineX, no Windows license is required. However WineX isn't Free 
software (in both it's meaing). AFAIK anonymous cvs access is permited, 
but no binaries are distributed for free. It seems they only give 
binaries to subscribers.

If you choose to go with this opetion, report your experience to the 
list. I bet many people are waiting to see weather WineX is a real 
soloution or not.

PS: Personaly I don't beleive in Wine
