Why isn't libssl0.9.6 0.9.6c-2.woody.2 under security.debian.org/dists/stable/updates/main/?

Hi there,

I just noticed a strange dependency problem on one of my systems:

----------------------------- 8x ----------------------------
Fileserver:/etc/apt# apt-get install libdb3-dev libssl-dev
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
  libssl-dev: Depends: libssl0.9.6 (= 0.9.6c-2.woody.2) but 0.9.6g-0.woody.1
is to be installed
E: Sorry, broken packages

----------------------------- 8x ----------------------------

Upon investigating this issue I found out that the current security fix for
libssl is NOT available under

    http://security.debian.org/dists/stable/updates/main/

which I have in my apt.sources file, but only under

    http://security.debian.org/pool/updates/main/

Why is this so, why isn't there a link to dists/stable/updates/main/, and how
can I automatically install such updates using dselect -> update -> install?

Thanks

Ralf
