dpkg-query -S /var/lib/misc/protocols.db

Hey all,

Iam with a huge problem on one of my apache webservers which has been
under a DDoS attack. The problem is the server won't start anymore, with
the guys from the Apache mailinglist we found out that Apache hangs at
protocols.db which might be damaged. No I am wondering which package could
own this file so I can try to reinstall it.
I already tried "dpkg-query -S /var/lib/misc/protocols.db" with no luck,
does anyone know, or is this more for another list, maybe developpers
list?
