I know that. the real problems are speed and reliability. these mails
should get very fast to the customers, and there isn't on-site
knowledgeable administrator, so every problem (even the most stupid and
accidental, like someone accidentally pulls the network cable) wouldn't be
recognized and taken care of immediately, and since these emails are
expected at a certain time (e.g. stock market news, etc...) they don't
want to risk it.
