The current default version of gcc on testing and unstable is gcc-3.2,
so any recently compiled package will be using that version of gcc.
You'll only run into problems if you have C++ code, and in that case
on unstable I think the transition to using g++-3.2 for everything is
complete. (So if you do use g++-2.95, you'll have problems.)
