You have few front to fight virus. (antivirus has few aspects.)
1) Debian system itself
* Update your system constantly with security fixes
* configure system by following harden-doc package instruction or its
latest information at
http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/securing-debian-howto/
* close port and unused services.
* run program like tripwire
2) Prevent windows machine to get virus
* run simple filter on mail server to remove executable attachment

* protect LAN by setting up firewall
