All your sources point to stable=woody.
Add new ones for sid, for example:
deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian/ sid main non-free contrib
(and this one but all on one line)
deb http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US sid non-US/main
non-US/contrib non-US/non-free
apt-get update
apt-get -u dist-upgrade
