This only applies to American recipients, however.  Non-US folks
should not email the FTC about spam.  I was thinking a bit more
globally.

Be aware that if you do also forward to the FTC that they may email
you with some questions to follow up if they get around to
investigating a particular spammer.  If you want to participate,
forward your spam including headers to uce@ftc.gov.

Forged from headers and frequently missing or forged sendmail from
headers will cause you to innundate some unfortunate victim instead.
Don't do this, you're only making some innocent bystander's life more
miserable.
