true multilink is a 2-way connection. Both ends must be aware of
the multiple connections, otherwise packets will come back on the wrong
routes and get all screwed up.

usually this is accomplished with special software or hardware on
both ends, and usually the ISP is the same for all connections.

What your probably needing is network load balancing, I haven't done
this myself but someone I used to work with did, he used ip route
to do it, the docs seem to be here:
