If you have auto_view text/html in .muttrc without the entries in .mailcap
you can approximately view the way the HTML email was formatted. If you
add the entries to mailcap all HTML email is displayed as text-only output
from lynx (when you read the email).
Does anyone know if it's possible to only have the "reply" use the stuff
in mailcap?
