The new reporting system seems to work OK but only when you set it up
as suggested by some anonymous user who wrote to dman and wasn't
credited for coming up with "transport_filter = /usr/bin/spamc -u
${local_part}" towards the end of the SA3 and exim page.  This
suggestion should probably be merged in with the examples further up
the page.  The Bayesian learner doesn't seem to work without this.
