Nope, not in Woody.  Maybe your friend is referring to an unofficial apt
source, but that's not "in Debian", then.  You might as well track
Mozilla from unstable instead, IMO.  (Or if that leads you into the
libc6 slippery slope, use a deb-src line and recompile unstable's
mozilla source package on your woody box instead.)
