February 27 announcement.  And remember that Branden has 11 (or more?)
architectures to build for, and that Debian is basically the portability
lab for XFree86.

Looking at 4.2, it was about five months from the first experimental
debs to until it officially made it to unstable.  (For 4.2, don't
compare the time between 4.2's release and the first experimental debs.
Branden delayed working on 4.2 because it was expected that Woody would
be released real soon.)  Quite a bit has changed between 4.2 and 4.3, so
I wouldn't expect the time frame to be much different.
