Voodoo 5500 PCI Troubles

Hi All,

Can some please tell me what this error means?

I've attached two files, these are XFree86.0.log and XF86Config-4 to try
and help solve this problem.

In case you were wondering the following settings were pulled straight
out of my monitors manual:
HorizSync 30-130
VertRefresh 50-200
