Kernel compiling and ports conflicts on Compaq Evo N1015v

Hi I compiled kernel 2.4.18 on Compaq Evo N1015v but I couldn't make the
sound and the
CDROM to work at the same time (it I compile the sound module the CDROM
will not work).
When looking in the output of dmseg I that I have some IRQ conflicts but I
couldn't understand
what devices are conflicts.
How can I learn more about it ?
How can I fix this conflicts ?
I tried to load the kernel with pci=biosirq, and without it, but it didn't
help.
In addition I compiled the kernel with APM but all a can get from apm -v is
``APM BIOS 1.2 (kernel driver 1.13)
AC on-line, no system battery''

below is the output of dmesg and lspci -v.
