Read the Linksys documentation on port forwarding. It's under the
"advanced" tab in the router setup. I believe that you will have to
disable the DHCP server to use it.

If you want fixed IPs, don't use DHCP. Or at least don't use the DHCP
server in the Linksys box, it isn't able to assign fixed DHCP addresses
by MAC address.
