You have to have JRE 1.4 installed to use it. Arachnophilia is my
editor of choice for both Windows (at work) and Linux (at home) use.
It's very configurable, a little hard to get used to at times.
Basically an enhanced text editor with a button to fire up your
browser(s) of choice for previewing.
