Try running 'cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn'. If it comes up as '1', it might be your problem. You can 'echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn' to turn it off. Do remember tho that equipment that doesn't work with ECN is buggy and needs to be fixed. The above is just a short term hack. -rob
