You obviously don't have /dev/agpgart. Create it (MAKEDEV agpgart).

I have no experience with i810 (I have a box with i810 with debian
2.2, but no X installed there; if you would like some 'paralel' testing
I'll gladly try it). As far as I know, you need agpgart module supplied by
Intel. Do you have it? Anyway, how did you configure X by now? Send me
your XF86Config if you can (directly, not to list - I think most people
won't like to read it there).
Check the mailing list archive, there was something about i810 this
month. I can send you this post if you like, but ask me for that -
I don't want to make list read the same postings twice :-)
