Depends on what you mean by slow, and depends on why you're asking about a M$ Windows browser on a Debian list. :) If you're talking about loadup times, it's because M$ uses IE for everything so it's always loaded in memory. Mozilla can accomplish the same thing (in Windows at least) with the tray icon that keeps it loaded in memory even when all Mozilla windows are closed. Speaking of which, does anyone know if there's a way to do something similar with galeon? i.e. keep it loaded even with no windows open? (I haven't checked the man page yet, so if it's in there, just smack me and tell me to RTFM. :) -Alex
