I installed python2.1_2.1.3 from source into /usr/local
Works like a charm
Since /usr/local comes first in my $PATH, if I want to use something
which depends on the older python, I start it like so:
$ python1.5 /usr/local/lib/iceme/IceMe.py
-CraigW
