Why you need UL if you are downloading packages. All you have to do is:
All you have to do is add "-f and -m" options to what I usually do by
hand.
apt-get update
apt-get -d -f install package-1 package-2 ...
apt-get -d -f upgrade
"-d" will ensure just download only.
