I was in the same position except I had WINME on the
drive. Do a search on www.google.com and search for
FIPS . That is a non-distructive partitioner. If
memory serves me correctly there is a lot of good
information on the web page that you download FIPD
from.
After you do the partition you can do a normal install
of Debian.
