Has anybody successfully used the DDNS features of bind9? I am trying to setup bind 9, and a dhcp server which can update the DNS records when there is a new host connected to network... I went through all the docs but was not able to get it working. finally I went back to bind8 and installed dhcp-dns package that does the same thing through perl scripts and cron jobs.
