this is how i have it set up:

in .forward:

|/usr/bin/procmail

in .procmailrc:

PATH=$HOME/bin:/usr/bin/:/bin
MAILDIR=$HOME/mail
DEFAULT=$MAILDIR/inbox
LOGFILE=$MAILDIR/procmail_log
LOGABSTRACT=$MAILDIR/procmail_abstract

:0:
* ^TO_debian-.*@lists.debian.org
debian

and so on...
