I just noticed you're tyring to use ip unnumbered. While this may work, 
I'm not sure of Linux-Cisco compatability. You might just try addressing 
it (RFC1918 addresses are fine) until you get the basics of it up.

We're doing our routing using the tunnel ip addresses.
