AFAIK, Debian CD sets usually don't contain non-free. Indeed, it's not
likely to be much of a problem for first-time users any more - the main
concern around the time of potato was Netscape, and Mozilla is a more
than adequate replacement now.

We sold variously CD1, CDs 1 and 2, the full set, and a DVD with binary
on one side and source on the other at the recent UK Linux Expo. All of
these were very popular.

Not sure about that, but in a pinch (should copyright law require, or
should the library decide they want to do so anyway) it would be OK for
the library to say "if you want the source, come and ask us and you can
borrow the source set too".
