dotfile-procmail failing

I'm running sarge and am trying to use "dotfile procmail" to setup 
procmail for my account. The problem is that the system fails with a 
long error, ending with:

(file "/usr/share/dotfile/Generator/dotfile.tcl" line 188)

Is this a bug in the code or a problem with my usage?
