Hmm... Well, if you can't find a handy GUI for the job, you could always
edit ~/.gtkrc directly. It's pretty simple. The first line usually looks
like this:
include "/usr/share/themes/Raleigh/gtk/gtkrc"
and you can just change that to whatever you want.
There is also a Debian package called gtk-theme-switch that provides
some sort of simple GUI for theme selection. I've never used it, so I
can't say much about it.
