Whats happened to Arch web site

I have been looking at what source version control system I could use to sync
with a repository on my home network but also work offline on my laptop
whilst on my travels.
Arch looks a good bet - but I am nervous. Although debian unstable has a
version 1.0pre16, it is dated May 2002 and all attempts to find Arch's home
on the net seem to fail http://www.regexps.com seems to be broken.
Does anyone know - is the project still alive
