my mails arrive correctly to debian-user with 'mutt' via 'exim' and 
it arrive correctly to xemacs-news with netscape.
Only the mails to xemacs-news@xemacs.org are sent not correctly 
in /var/spool/exim/input/
(perhaps exim prefer vi ...)
