'man tune2fs' will show you that you can reset the mount count (-C),
set the number of mounts between checks (-c), or set the maximum
period between checks (-i). You probably want to use -c to set the
mount count based checks off, and the -i flag to set the maximal time
between checks.
However, I would say that if you are finding that you want to
*increase* these values, you are rebooting your box far too often ;-)
