How to change language from German to English
Dear all,
recently, I installed for a friend a Debian Woody in German. However,
he was not convinced of Linux and gave me the disk back. Since I
configured everything already, I would like to keep the installation
but just switch the whole language to English, e.g.
make foo should report
make: *** No rule to make target `foo'. Stop.
instead of
make: *** Keine Regel, um "foo" zu erstellen. Schluss.
Is there a way to easily set the language from German to English
(including all man pages etc.)? Do I have to re-install parts (which?) or
the whole Woody?
Thanks for any enlightment,
