I have no idea how to use it to burn CD. Do I need a driver? a software? In summary, here are the steps you need to take: 1. Fix your mail setup so that it wraps at 72 columns. 2. Ensure that you have the following kernel options set: * SCSI support * SCSI CDROM support * IDE-SCSI Emulation * Generic SCSI device support * Be sure to turn off IDE CDROM support 3. Do the above and then check that /dev/cdrom is symlinked to /dev/scd0 4. Grab a copy of X-CD-Roast (apt-get install xcdroast) and test your new stuff. 5. Burn CDs! HTH Peter.
