Try ogg123 and mpg321:

andreas@mournblade:~$ ogg123 --help
Ogg123 from vorbis-tools 1.0rc2

  -d, --device=d uses 'd' as an output device
      Possible devices are:
        null wav raw au esd oss alsa arts
[...]
andreas@mournblade:~$ mpg321 --help

   --cdr N                  Use wave file N for output
   --wav N or -w N          Use wave file N for output
