If you have devfs enabled? No, I think devfs subsumes devpts
filesystem support. But if you don't use devfs, you probably do want
/dev/pts support (and make sure your /etc/fstab file mounts a devpts
"filesystem" on /dev/pts); otherwise, things like xterm and sshd
probably won't work.
