Re: dead keys?

ahhh... now THAT wwas refreshingly easy -- thanks!

now that that's been accomplished -- is there any way to modify the
key mappings of the kde keyboard layouts? I often use a modified
German layout on my mac -- it just switches the y and z, so that I
can use the excellent German deadkey arrangement, without having to
relearn to type every time I switch keyboards. This is
straightforfard to do on them ac, but I don't know how to do it on
*nix.

thanks again,
matt
