since recently, one of my systems with reiserfs partitions started
asking for confirmation to check the (readonly) root partiton. that's
really nice, except that it just caused me a headache as the machine
didn't come back up to the login upon a remotely initiated reboot
- i hadn't known about or expected this intervention.
how can i disable it? /etc/default/rcS seems to have no effect.
