New Debian Installer -PGI Debian
The subject of a new Debian installer (Debian Progeny
Graphic Installer (PGI) ) doesn't seem to have been
mentioned on this list or if it was, I missed it.
This is a Progeny Installer that has been modified to
install Debian.

The original Progeny installer had some problems in the in
the installation target area.
Certain options that offered to make a boot floppy didn't
work and one in particular
was supposed to format chosen partitions but wouldn't.
Does anyone who has first hand knowledge about PGI Debian
know if the original Progeny
Installer problems have been fixed in the new version? I
believe this new version is
supposed to be adaptable to install any version of Debian.
